What is laparscopy?
Laparoscopy is a medical procedure where they insert in your body a small, narrow tube with camera on it to observe what is happening in your body. For example, I had laparoscopy, because I had a small tumor on one of my ovaries. They made two little incisions (from where they took tumor) and went to the vagina with this small tube with camera to observe the procedure and tumor being removed. Laparoscopy is not just used in gynecological procedures ... it is used in general medicine.
