large soft lump in my vagina with a very red spot on it

Sounds like a boil, don't worry it's very common to get little boils in or on your vagina because of sweat and dirt, i've had them a couple times on my vagina lips and they are big and can be quite sore, just shower a bit more often, spray underneath and inside the vagina thoroughly with hot water and use baby wipes to wipe your bum after wiping with tissue after having a poo, i find tissue just doesn't quite clean the bum properly, it helps to put a bit of baby powder on the inside part of your legs too but don't put it on your vagina.
