I would suggest you saw an urologist because it is really hard to say. Things that could be attached to the testicles are spermatocele. These are cysts that grow on top of epididymis, a tube that lies on the testicle. These cysts are filled with milky fluid and dead sperm cells. They almost never cause any side effects, especially not pain and are usually left alone.

If it is something that is above your testicle, it could be varicocele. These are dilated veins that go through spermatic cord. Because of the reverse blood flow, blood could have accumulated in the area and caused these veins to dilate. This could hurt and your testicle may appear to be slightly smaller than the other one.

Another thing you could be feeling is just an epididymis, the tube I already mentioned, which is lumpy itself but then I could not relate to your problem. Have you already see a doctor?
