I am a 28 year old female, for over a year now i have had what seems like a patch of swollen lymph nodes on the left side above the collar bone. I have a few a little higher on the neck now too. They are firm but movable. Every few months i go through spells where my bones muscles and joints ache. The inner creases of my arms ache as well. I am always tired. I frequently get a burning sensation in my skin covering my upper body. I am scared to go to the doctor because i am scared of what they will say. everything i have read about on the internet concerning these symptoms terrifies me. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this???

if u havent already, id go see a physician right away. they'll know to do blood work and/or lymph biopsy.
