If the pain was brief and transitory (went away without an aftereffect) then you're probably OK.
It may have been during high sexual excitment, your testicle pulled up as far as it could go, and pulled against the testicle and connective tissues.
This is different from "Blue Balls" which is an ache that accompanies unrelieved sexual excitment for a long period of time.
