Hello im a 13 year old boy, and i have the left testicle about 1/3 the size of the right one, however, this is not causing me any pain or anything. im worried tho that this is something serious like hernia or something that will make me unavailable to have kids etc etc. i know theres a difference in size and so but i dont think its this mutch. and also i read around on the internet that this is normal but they say the left is BIGGER than the right one... thank you.
Everyone's sizing is different.
And virtually every male has differing sizes from left to right, when you get right down to it.
However, most males have comparably the same size testes inside their scrotum.
At age 13, it is way too early for you to conclude anything about your development or ultimate size.
So, relax, don't worry about this.... eat and get plenty of rest... and check back on your development in another year or so.

I am a 53 years old man and my left testicle seems to have gotten smaller and my right one has grown to about twice the size that it was. Is this normal? What should I do?
