Hello, I am 23 years old, I am felling a left testicular tenderness, but not the whole left testicle , i palpate it and found some protrusion like, very small like seed, this is causing the tenderness when press upon i feel some pain, it has been 4 days, and the same condition persists, so is the something serious ? thank you
I had the same tenderness a month ago, but lasts only for one day but I didn't check for the protrusion.
