I'm very concern my testis is not the same size. but I have no pain or dull pain.

It's NORMAL for there to be some variation in testicle size. They don't have to be identical and usually are not.
If very significant, see your doctor or urologist.

It's unlikely that it would affect spermatogenesis. Testicle size varies, considerably.
