My hair loss has been very gradual over the past couple years...it started on the back of my calves then behind my knees, then patchy on the upper legs. I also lost some hair on my forearms..back off the elbows, right were I always lean on things. Maybe friction after all. It seems my hair is replaced with a little hard keratin build up....which can get infected if I pick at them too much and turn into a zit...

16 year old white male here. Its been about 2~ months maybe a bit more since ive noticed slight hair loss in symmetrical patterns on each leg. Inner ankles to be exact. On top of that is hair loss on the inner thigh (symmetrical also). Red bumps come with this hair loss; im pointing towards the cold weather, possibly lack of a few vitamins and minerals. March 1 today.

I don't know why I'm loosing my hair on both sides of my legs. I'm 57 years young, and work very hard as a truck mechanic. I have had hair loss for about 15 years. Any thoughts on this?
