we both had a foreplay last month.there is no chance of ejaculation in or near vagina. i got my periods regularly. but the bleeding is less compared to last month period.is this pregnancy.plz tell me.
Hello there! Oh darling, I totally can understand what you are going through. I went through that phase myself. Truth is, if ejaculation wasn't near your vagina and his penis didn't come in contact with your vagina, you have absolutely NOTHING to worry about! The amount of bleeding during ones period differs all the time! There is never any exact amount of uterus lining that is shed, but of course usually the change isn't noticed. I once had 3-4 periods that were really light compared to my usual ones before, until I noticed I had a magnesium deficiency, once I started taking supplements, they went back to normal :-) So please do not stress yourself too much, because everything contributes to our periods and the smallest change in habits, nutrition, sleeping patterns and stress levels affect our periods.
