light bleeding for 1 week now

Hi all just want some help please, here's goes....... Found out November I was pregnant, had it confirmed then on the 20th of November I had heavy bleeding, my husband took me to the hospital they told me ny levels had dropped and the pregnancy test they did was negative, so I went hone and cryed my heart out.....I only bleed for 3 days....levels dropped down to 9....then 3 weeks later I found out I was pregnant again....confirmed and see my midwife next week ..... Didn't even have a period.....but I've been light bleeding for 1 week now should I be worried, test are still saying pissitive,.....please any help
