Hi, Have no fear, if you have done all these test, rest easy its anxiety of some sort. I have been there for about ten years, you get used to it and when you do it gets better. For now I am so used to it that it does not bother me too often and when it does, it does not last. I have noticed it comes when the temperature is too low or too high, or if I am hungry. continue taking care of yourself and stop worrying, you will be fine, you can trust me on that one. I have been part of this site for a while now and I can tell you, if you were sick you would have found out already, best of luck.
Are you better now or not? I have recently started my own website I wish I could direct you to it. I am currently working on marketing it. I've suffered from the same things and so do my two boys ages 19 & 20. I have researched this for 15 years. I like this website steadyhealth to connect people and such but I feel limited in my ability to help others. It's basically strict diet, timely eating of meals and snacks, exercise, and lifestyle changes that will make you feel like you again. Get rid of addictions to nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, and other toxins including sugar and processed foods.Food manufacturers put so much c**p in their products to sell more of it it pays to read labels- if you don't know what the ingredient is don't eat it.. Think natural, old fashioned, and Little House on the Prairie when you think of what to eat and what your body was made to grow healthy and strong on.
Also looking into mold issues is a good idea...I started feeling just like that ....spacy, weird feeling, and sometimes graying out...I kept thinking it had something to do with my eyes because they do weird things with this feeling I get...then my normally very low blood pressure went sky high and I started feeling very bad...come to find out we had black mold growing behind the washer and dryer in our condo, where the guys AC was leaking into our unit...we had to move out and redo the entire condo...now as we are moving things back in, I still get that feeling sometimes and now I can smell the mold, like a hot, spicy smell, only not good...also it happens more when I'm in my kitchen cooking...so that's weird too!! Hope everyone gets to feeling better, it really is a terrible feeling!!
Get your doc to check you out for mild anxiety disorder and or depression/stress , you may not know it as i did not think this was the case.Had similar symptoms now the meds have almost eliminated all ! Had these symptoms for a year now 99% symptom free !
this started for me back in december 2011 and i posted on here..went to the er 3 timea and they said migranes everytime i had blood work done nothing came back (that i know of) seen a neurologist he also said migranes. i read on here to try b12 so istarted that and it seemed to go away after a few months. was fine all summer but since winter started i get more constant headaches and about 3 days ago i was feeling fine and bam instantly got dizzy and got a bad headache and all the symptoms came back. constant "headache" and i put it like that bc it isnt painful it just fees like pressure on my temples it seems lije the pressure starts in my jaw.i feel like im in a dream i remember everything from my day but it feels almost like im in virtual reality or just controlling my body. i get chills and shakes from time to time my hands feel clamy.idk maybe it is anxiety or sometimes i think its my wisdom teeth. im 24 and havent had them out. they are fully in but pushing my other teeth. also if i stand up my vision will start to shake and feel like i might fall down. i cut most caff. out of my life before so maybe ill do that again. idk if i should try things like that or go back to the doctor. im skeptical about the doctors bc i feel lije they will write it off but i just get worried its something with my brain and im dying.
the pressure is only on the right temple/side of my head the left feels fine. i feel normal when i wake up but usually by the time i make it to work its back again :(
for now its taking my vitamins again (i ran out about a month ago) no caff. and trying not to stress
^^^ also at times I feel like its hard to breath and swallow but my lymph nodes are not swollen or anything
WOW!!! This is EXACTLY how I feel and how it can be triggered! i mean EXACTLY!!! walking down isles at grocery stores or walmart, turning my head and eye movement, the sinus pressure, the balance issues!! Any updates?!?!?!
i too have the same stuff going on. any updates? wish you well!!!
I also have this problem.it is caused by my anxiety.I was just put on prozac but I understand that it works very slowly.I was on Effexor for 2 years it worked fast and well....went off of it when I felt better, now the anxiety is back.I tried the generic Effexor but had muscle problems.God I just want to feel normal.
Hi,
O have exactly your symptoms I even cut my hair because I thought it was tension of my hair in a bun on my temples. It mostly happens to me in the cold months, as soon as the sun comes out it is fine. I have been this way for over ten years so dont worry too much or it will get worse. You feel better when you dont worry too much. When it happens just calm yourself and it will go away faster. Tell yourself that you are going to live a normal life no matter what and move on, your body will respond. After ten years I can teach a class on this weird thing whatever it is.
Thank you for this post. I am 24 yearsold and have had Foggy/Disconnected feeling dizzy ness when standing still and workout uot. Neither of which occured before. I have been military for 7 years an dmy health has been good until these "symptoms" occured. Ive had doxctors tell me its in my head and ive had chest and neck x rays i do have Cervicalgea and thats beeing treatd which help my hreadaches but nothing else. Ive had mris mres and bloddwork done, i guess the next step will be to check for what you have described. I hope its it.
I'm not sure if this question has been answered or not but I have just stumbled on this - I have the same symptoms described in the posts. Confusion, dull headaches, fuzzy - cant think. So this started a few years back when I went to a new company. I felt horrible while in the office. I would get sick though not normally a sick person at all, like I was not able to fight anything off. At then end of the week I was about ready to crash, and start feeling better on the weekend around sunday. Sure enough, 10AM monday meetings it would hit me again. Behind my eyes, just terrible. I complained and tried to have something done, to which the answer was that they changed the filters in the furnace. Of course did not help. But what I did find out was that when the office was built, the windows had leaked, so when it rained, water just streamed down the walls and into the carpets. MOLD central! As I moved companies and office the symptoms went away but not completely, and got worse with shortness of breathe almost like anxety(im not an anxious person at all). I had decided I had enough and got tested for allergies which I had NONE. But I decided to take Clariton anyway as they said there are no real side effects to that OTC stuff. Sure enough about 1 hour after taking it, it was like a film lifted off of my head and I just woke up out of a horrible dream that I reliazed I have been in since middle school. Large buildings, offices, schools etc. I would feel like this. I have had to switch to zyrtec and allegra which are stronger but even they have lessened their effectiveness I am in an office now that is an old building, converted into offices and I know I feel like c**p here because of something in the air. I can't stand it. Pesticides, dust, mold IDK what it is and since my tests come up negative there is no way to prove it. But its horrible and it impacts my whole life. I am 34 and I really don't know what to do or what avenues to persue. I assume its some un diagnosable alleren(s) that the meds helped with but maybe there is something else. I feel like I have ADD at times, can't speak or get thoughts out and glaze over in the middle of a sentence and forgot my point. I can't give up a career but I am really close to doing so, that's how bad this is for me. Frustation Im sure makes it worse
My ENT also passed all the symptoms off to alleges , very convenient , however after been treated for Stress and anxiety ( never thought i was in stress ? ) , symptoms have reduced by 90 % - look into it !
Thanks so much, I will look up Cervicalgea ! D
Also to the above, what is RBBB and HSV2 ? another thing I have been having heavy feelings in my lower legs, they feel like lead sort of sometimes.
I do not exercise but move around alot.
