Everytime I get up from sitting or laying I elevate my legs for 2 minute minutes don't work get light headed still yesterday I counted I got up 28 times and only 2 times didn't get that way and if I'm not by something to catch me I pass out for 10 to 20 seconds and if I catch my self I start shaking real bad for 32 seconds
