Hi, I have a little lump right in between my vagina and anus. It feels like there is a scab over it, but when I try to pop it nothing comes out. It just appeared today. It looks like it would have pus in it, but like I said nothings coming out. If someone could please help me figure out what it is and what I can do to get rid of it that would be helpful. Thank you.
