anyone have a sure-fire plan for running the half?
I just got one from runner's world, but I'm not sure if I'll like it. (too much track work) I also have used Hal Higdon before, and that was OK.
I just want to try something new, mix it up a bit.
If you have a surefire 1/2 marathon training plan, let me know.

What are your goals in question? Are you aiming for a certain goal time or are you just looking to finish?
I'd like to have a goal. As for what that would be at this point? :shrug:
