Looking at myself in the mirror, I can see that my jaw has turned fat. I have to assume that this is simply a reflection of my overall weight gain., but that I don't mind so much. It is the jaw fat that I am upset about. Is there anything I can do to lose this? Have you got experience with this and can you tell me what you did?

i think that some people might be dieting like the cabbage soup diet or something else that they're losing the weight, or simply they are having a proper diet and exercise program. find a good diet for u so that can also work out for ur body!
