I am sure that I am not the only person here who wants to lose weight fast and easy. I know nothing about calories and certainly have no intention of counting them! I know that sugar and fat are to be avoided but what else do I need to know about losing weight fast and easy?

Nothing much, I think you got the idea! When you want to lose weight it is important to eat less, to eat less fat and less junk food and to exercise more. Any movement you get in is better than none, and the less you eat the more weight you will lose. Losing weight is not all that difficult, providing you stick to these simple rules!
