Does anyone care to join me? I want to lose five pounds in a week, and I am starting next Monday. I am not sure what my approach will be, but anything that works will be fine. I still have a few days to decide which diet I want to go on. Can you help? What diet are you using?

If you are serious about losing as much as five pounds in a week, you have got to have a very good plan in your head and stick to it! There are a few diets that will make you shed five pounds in a week, but they are tough and no fun, and you have to be sure you want to stick to them. Once you lose five pounds in a week, will your weight loss then be complete? If you have more to lose, a different plan might work better.
