Hi, there. I know that moobs can be a lot of problem for men. My brother succeeded in losing them, so I can give you few advices. I think that gym is a good idea, but you should know first few things. If you start at once pulling weight on the bench, you will make muscles of that area. They will be firm, but still big. I recommend you first to lose the fat in that area. Have first cardio trainings. After some time, start with the bench. Of course, you will have to change your diet habits.
