my weight seem to be hard to get off now. every little thing put the weight rigt back on. I do 60 on the elliptical and treadmill and exercise bike and weight training.

you mean 60 minutes?

you do that how much times a week?

If you are doing this 3-6 times a week, you are defenitely doing a good training :) I guess, as I said in one of my previous posts, the question is in what you eat.

Some people say that only 30% in is exercsie - the rest is in what you eat.
