Me and some mates of mine were discussing weight loss yesterday, and we more or less agreed that we would try and lose weight together, all three of us, in a fast and safe way. We all have different amounts to lose, but none of us needs to shed more than ten pounds. Can we all follow the same diet and what tips do you have for us?

I was reading about different foods just now, and the one tip that I wanted to share with you is that carbs are not the enemy. I know that might sounds surprising, what with all those low-carb diets that are so popular! However, carbs are burned much more easily than almost any other food group, fill you up and let you know it, and keep releasing energy slowly!
