There are so many different diet plans that all claim they will be the one that will make you lose weight fast. All of this is a bit overwhelming for me and is making the choosing of a diet that much harder! What is truly the best diet out there? How can I lose weight fast in a quasi healthy manner?

I is all up to you, really! I am sure that all of the diets that you mentioned will have some effect your your weight, as that is what diets are all designed to do. Some diets are quicker than others, and some healthier than others. Some diets will be great for you as an individual, whereas other diets might not be so great for you. It it a matter of trial and error to figure out which diet suits you best.
