I got this message from a friend that said you can lose weight in 3 days, and I am intrigued to hear what you experienced diet people think about this? Can you lose any significant amount of weight in such a short amount of time? I mean, 3 days is next to nothing! Is this really possible?

Not unless you have a tummy tuck, I don't think! Oh, or unless you are pregnant and in labor in which case you can lose quite a lot of weight in, well, six hours or so :-)? 'it happened to me once and it was really quite amazing. As for losing weight by dieting, in only three days? I have to say that that sounds like nothing more than a scam to me.
