Losing weight quickly and healthily - it is something so many of us want! But is this a contradiction in terms? Sometimes we can't have it all, and when it is weight loss we want, isn't it a choice we have to make; either healthily or quickly, but not both at once? What is your opinion about this? Can we have it all, or not?

I think that you do have a point there, but I also believe that it depends on your definition of "quickly" to some extent. Sometimes I see people online who think that can lose half a stone in three days. If that is even possible, it certainly ain't healthy! But if you think that you can rid yourself of weight you have been dragging around for a decade in a few months, that would qualify as quickly in my eyes, yet you could do that healthily.
