I have going to the gym for about 5 days a week. I have been going for about 2 months now. I have only lost about 5 pounds. I have been eating right and only one day have I not ate anything. I would never try agin. I run for about 45 minutes and weight lift for 15 minuets. Im going crazy. What am I doing wrong? I cant seem to lose weight.

I think that you may be exercising too much and build up muscles and gaining weight because of the muscle build up. If you are trying to lose weight, it would be best to practice three times a day and of course eat properly. I find it enough.

Whenever I paid attention to what I ate and exercised three or four times a day I managed to lose weight. However, I never saw the results immediately. I saw the best results in three months time.

Now, everything depends upon your age, metabolism, weight, etc…the older we get, the harder it is to lose weight.

I reckon you should just continue with the good work and the results will be available soon. Good luck!

I think you should have to change your eating habit. You should eat quality food to reduce the weight not the quantity of food. To get the good results you must also concentrate on eating schedule.
