HELP!!!! after working out my vision starts going black my hearing is like i'm in shell shock and i can't breath and on top of that when i stand up i feel like i'm about to vomit. these symptoms last about an hour and a half but my vision returns to normal in about 20 minutes i don't know whats going on and it's really starting to freak me out. I've never smoked taken drugs or any alcohol and i'm in close to perfect health and weight for my age. i want to know what'a wrong so i can possibly go to my doctor and see if there is anything i can have done for me to stop this.

please help it would be much appreciated

It seems to that problem lies with your breathing or amount of oxygen your body is receiving. this can be caused by many reasons which most common cause of  shortness of breath while exercising is overdoing exercise when first starting a routine. So check your routine, if is too advanced for you, also ask someone about proper breathing while accessorizing. If none of this is your problem than you should consult your physician and see what problem really is. Hope this helped.
