Is it possible that the constant movement of my occupation is causing my testicles to rub together and cause this pain? It does feel like someone tapped my testicles, but instead of one time it is continuous.

I would not wait and get to a doctor asap. Constant pain in the testicles could be something more serious and should be checked by a qualified professional.

I am 48 and bigger than average (just the balls sadly) , my right one gets caught in shorts and pants legs.
I agree with the other posters - skip the boxers , stick with briefs ( we need the support) and don't go commando when working out
Indeed, I too have had this happen to me. I have been going commando since my adolescent years (I am now in my late 20s). That said, I know what everyone thinks, but it actually comes with being cleaner as I use water and soap every time instead of just paper. Now let's see who are the dirty ones and the ones abusing their pants by comparison.
Anyhow, I recently paid a similar price by going commando with pants that had a higher crutch seam. My testicles would either brush or rest on the seam without me caring much until one day, after a year of wearing this cut, I was going up the stairs and the seam pinched my left testicle against my thigh. The pain was later subtle but it lasted for about a week. I noticed that the testicles contact with the moving seam was not helping the pain go away and that this had to stop. I either had to use support with these pants or get new pants with a lower seam with which I could go commando. I did both.
It too was a pain that went into parts of the leg and the upper part of the scrotum. After a week or two it all finally went away.
I have low hangers and they are not a problem, I have gone commando for 25 years now. I even wear weights to make them hang even lower. You need to go to a doctor to find out what the problem is with your balls as it is not normal.
yeah, absolutely ritght, never go commando when working out.
Go commando at home, on weekend, especially on sundays. It is so relaxing.
I love to be freeballing but just on sundays.
wear boxer briefs. also when you feel pain sit in a chair and arch your back in the direction of the pain. for some reason moving your lower back alleviates the pain.
I have the same problem. I have gained 30 pounds due to quiting smoking. I think my legs got bigger and my testicles seem to rub against my legs now and also like Im kinda sitting on my testicles now. Its very scary and I am not very happy about it!

your problem can be solved by me. If you rest your balls on my chin regulalry and I fondle them and caress them, your pain and cares will go away.
I have a similar problem where my testicles hang so low they find their way bbetween my legs and showing from behind when I walk. I believe with this action they are even stretching further. What should I do?
