Same here and it’s been going on for a few months but last night I woke up in the middle of the night to the pain in the same spot but it wouldn’t go away generally I’d have the pain during “O” just until it was over and it lingered away but last night it was much stronger and lasted 10-15 minutes curious if you have recently had a tubal ligation?I had one 8 months ago and I’m curious if the 2 are at all related!!

I'm 28. My periods was the same as yours I had blood tests. Turned out I am anemic so I'm on iron tablets & now they are working, I'm having those pains like you. My doctor thought I might have a cyst but I'm having more blood tests next month . To see if the tablets have helped. I'm hoping they still check if if I have anything else wrong with me

Colonoscopy isn't an operation its just a scope to see what's going on in the back end... I have had two of them before 25 so nothing to worry about.

Thank you so much for getting an answer I am 62 and just started getting this pain hours after orgasms as well. Has CT Scan done and nothing found. I am very healthy and fit. I knew it was muscle related because I had no other symptoms just that dull ache down there for a couple of days afterwards, but any exertion would bring it back. I started taking Collagen capsules and it has helped with the pain but just tried again and it came back after only a week of waiting so Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks. God bless you.
