Just before ejaculation my lower left abdomen would feel pain. The pain would linger a while afterwards and cause bowel sounds and loose stools. This problem is present as long as i ejaculate or attempt to at least. Bcuz of this ive been avoiding ejaculation ever since. Pls help fellow friends.
