I have a lump between my two testicles. It feels weird when I try to stand up and the majority of the pain comes from the left side of my body (legs,hip, groin etc)...it doesnt hurt it just feels funny and it is large...it can almost b called a 3rd testicle lol......

Well, this is a new one.
A lump in your groin that seemed to appear after you sat on a speaker at a band practice....
It is possible that it is some inflamation, or a growth of some kind.
I'd sit in a warm bath to see if the swelling goes down, and I'd wear loose underwear so as not to compress it.
But i would definitely get to a doctor sooner than later to have a professional assessment of it.
There's a possibility that it might be a rupture of some kind, and the bulge that you feel is the bowel pressing outward. In this case, I would NOT lift anything, and it is still very important to see a physician ASAP.
