My lump is slowly getting bigger but really slowly and it isn't a lymph gland but directly at the back of my throat and same level as my uvula but directly behind it, it doesn't hurt, isn't hard to swallow , not hard to breath but every now n then about 1 a month I get a powerful sharp pain shoot down the back of my throat and when ever I try to see a doctor they don't take me seriously and I'm scared

Hello, I know this post is pretty old but just taking a shot at a reply... Did you ever find out what this was? I believe I have the same thing however I just noticed it a couple days ago so I can't say that it's grown. I'd say it's about the size of a pinky tip and hard as bone directly behind my uvula. I can't see it or feel it when I swallow. No pain.
