i am 23 years old and recently have felt a lump on my groin (right side in the crease of my groin). the lump appears to be bruised as it appears to the eye as a circular brown/black spot. when i touch it feels rectangular. also now i have been experiencing pain in my right testicle and lower abdomen.
any ideas as what it could be??

Have you concidered it may be an infected Lymph node? Those are usually resolved with warm compresses and regular washing of the area with a warm/hot wash cloth.
You'll probably want to show this to a doctor, as it sounds like something is spreading.
