I have a lump in the upper back portion of my right testicle. It is not in the sack. Pain was non existent 3 days ago and now pain is in testicle and groin. No redness or urine changes. Lump has doubled in size.

I am 49 years old.

4 years ago had a blod clot in scrotum. Today an ultra sound ruled out a blood clot. Have a ct scan scheduled for next week along with some blood work. Should I be freaking out?
