plz dont flame me for pot. im thinking of quiting after last night for some reason i couldnt sleep at all cause i have this irregular lump feeling in my throat to that as if i am about to cry or that its hard to swallow. any help here or should i just sit it out

the lump is probably from take to many hits off then bowl or joint or blunt, i have never got a lump and i have been smoking for 12 years, and was it ur first time smoking, if so then that is why?
