Also, one of the very important factors are a method of consumption, and you already do know what fits you the best. Environment is also a huge factor. You should choose the healthiest way to consume cannabis. I am still 100% sure that this is the proper way. Here we go, step by step: Step 1: pack very small amount of dried cannabis flower into a pipe that you already have or make it from rolling paper, like you would do for a joint, Step 2: hold a flame to the cannabis flower until it combusts totally, as you inhale the smoke. Those are two main steps. Beside this is the healthiest way, I am totally sure that this is the easiest way as well. When it comes to dosage, start with very small dosage. There is no need to hold the smoke in your lungs.

Yes, but there are so many other methods of consumption. I was reading a lot about it and I find that there is one method called vapor: I did some research about this of course, and I found that vaporization involves passing a stream of heated air over a sample of ground cannabis flowers or concentrate. Now, also some high-end desktop vaporizers employ forced-air to fill bags that are then inhaled by patients, while some others usually incorporate a passive design that moves hot air through the cannabis prior to being inhaled.
