I have a soft lump on the outside of my left nostril which the Dr thinks could be a cyst or fat tissue build up. This can not be rectified through the NHS as it is classed as cosmetic and even though it is unsightly (to me) it is not life threatening. I really want it removed but don't know where to start to look to go private. I can not afford private surgery but feel very conscious of it and would like to know how much it would cost to have something done about it. Can anybody recommend a good clinic in which they have had similar work done or they know carries out such treatment, I would really appreciate it.
