Lump on scrotum (not TESTICLE)

i have a similar thing i have recently been to the doctor and they said that mine are blocked sweat glands.i now need to make an appointment at the local hospital to have them removed.its only taken me five years to go to see the doc.yours may be the same thing but they may be something more serious so get them checked.you will feel better afterwords.hope it is good news for you

have any of you actually considered that you may have genital warts? quite a few of the posts i've read sound like warts. they are EXTREMELY common, and wearing a condom won't protect you against them. google it, have a look at some photos too. then see your doctor, and make sure you don't spread them.

hi i have this same problem, its one was 2 but it got smaller and is no longer there but i had this one for a while now, about a year, its like a pimple but its hard i tried sqeezing it but nothing i have not had sex(im only 15) i want to see a docter but i dont want to tell my mom :-( , i never met my dad so i have no way of telling him, i dont know what it is, its also alittle red but i pushed it up alittle and it is white, and a little smaller then a bean bag bean, please tell me what i should to :'(

i have had a hard white lump on my scrotum for about 18 months it was about 3.4mm in diameter and could not be squeezed.
2 days ago i made a small slice in it with the blade from a new razor squeezed it gently and a mushy round lump
and a little bit of blood came out. this was very strange and relieving the cut was so small it didnt even hurt. i just
cleaned it up with antiseptic and it is healing fine

I had a bump that first appeared to be a pimple. Then it changed to a red boil looking lump with little blood vessels in it. It scared me to touch it, but my wife encouraged me to pop it. I got into a bath with baking soda. I then took a sewing needle and stuck it in the top and out through the other side. All that came out was a yellow liquid and some blood. I then began cleaining it with peroxide 4-5 times a day and taking a bath in baking soda once a day. It has almost disappeared now in a week of doing this self treatment. I may never find out what it was, but I am glad its gone.

I am 29 years old and I had sex with guys from time to time for many years. I never had any visible symptoms of any sort. For many years my testicles have been very itchy. And I have learned to deal with it. And one more thing, I never wear under wear and I wear very tight jeans let me tell you all before i move on. I don't shave my pubes and hair on testicles usually.

However, 1 or 2 years back I started noticing bunch of white pimples here and there around my testicles that were itchy. However, they never turned in to blisters or they never bleed. Some times, I also noticed painful bump like thing on my left side but it went away like in a day or two. However, now I have started noticing some thing strange. For past 1 month, my anus has been very itchy. I went to the doctor for my anal itchhing, but he didn't find any red bumps in or around the anus. He thinks it could be just pin worms. The last time I was engaged in anal sex was 6 months a go. Could this be the sign of anal herpes. I have always engaged in protected sex, please not this also.

At the same time, I have also discovered a considerably large bump or lump on the left side of my scrotum. It is relative at the bottom. It is around the hair of my testicles. And there is also small usual rash that I have had it for a long time. The bump is colorless, it has no head and it doesn't bleed. It just itches and a little painful. Could this be the sign of genital herpes? Also, now I am also noticing a painful pimple on the pubic hair that are above my penis.

One more thing, I had always been in situations where I had performed oral sex unprotcted many times on my partners. But I dont see any signs for oral herpes at all. It is just my genitalia and anus have gotten me worried. Also, whatever I have, they never cause any fever, headache or cold.

Is this yeast infection? Warts? Herpes? Or a possible sign of prostate or anal cancer? I want to hear some feedback before I get a comprehensive physical examination or blood test.

Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated.

So you know, the left side is supposed to hang lower. It is nothing to be concerned about. It happens at puberty. Thats why people joke about 'I bet his balls haven't dropped yet!'



I got a little lump on my sack too, ill ask my doctor about it next time i go in. It doesn't hurt or bother me.

That's normal, the left usually hangs lower than the right and I'm sure there are some cases where the right hangs lower than the left or they are equal but traditionally the left hanging lower is the norm.



If you still concerned about anything your GP can confirm this for you.

i noticed a bump on my d**k, but at the base of it. its about the size of a big pimple. i was sensitive, hurt when i touched it. i squeezed it but nothing came out. a little clear liquid.. but bearly.. any ideas?

Im 16 years old and have a hard lump on my scrotum. I have had pimple in the past but have been able to get rid of them by squeezing. This one is hard and reddish and I have had it for about a year now. Should I see a doctor or just see what happens within this year?

most likely it is just a small cyst and can be popped with a needle but it maintains a layer that will allow it to reform. you can either just continue popping it or try and scrape off the inner layer to stop it coming back.

Hi Guys, These posts have been very helpful. I have had two small lumps on my scrotum. One the size of a grain of rice and the other a little bigger. I have had them for years. Same thing as many of you, I tried to squeeze them to no avail. Very hard lumps. I have been relieved to find out about calcification. That makes sense to me. I was worried for a few days recently. But this series of posts has relieved my concerns. It sounds very brave to cut them out. I may do that now that I don't think they are cancerous. In response to the gentleman who had major swelling. I got that once from riding my bicycle a little too vigorously. Antibiotics cleared it up rapidly. They gave me antibiotics that get into deep muscle tissue because there is so little blood circulation in the scrotum/testicle area. So if that swelling doesn't go down completely, they should try a stronger antibiotic, in my opinion. Thanks again gentlemen. You all have helped me to sleep a lot sounder tonight!

A year ago i found a lump on my scrotum a little smaller than a dime. I left it alone, and it went away, now the exact same lump appeared again, but this time on the other side of the scrotum, i squeezed it, and puss came out. I am really starting to worry. Please Help.

Yeah i have just noticed mine a white lump very smaller than a pea... only thing is im gonah leave mine just incase it gets bigger by squeezing it, the only thing i worry about is cancer, i have just phoned the doctors so i have an appointment can anyone just give me a straight answer is this a sign of cancer or any other bad stuff or is this maybe normal.
