A sebaceous cyst is a sac filled with a cheeselike, greasy material (sebum) caused by plugged ducts at the site of a hair follicle. Sebaceous cysts most often appear on the scalp, ears, face, back, or scrotum. Hormone stimulation or injury may cause them to enlarge or become infected.
I had this issue and used a razor blade to shave off the top layer of skin above the bump, then I scraped away at the white, cheesy like substance until it was gone. Quick, easy, and nearly painless. You are welcome and good luck.

a couple of days ago I noticed a limp towards the side /back of my scrotum on the right side. When I noticed it , it wasn't painful at all. I started to squeeze it and some white stuff with a little bit of blood came out. I figured it was a pimple that swelled up underneath the skin on the side. Next day I noticed it was swelled a lot bigger and is painful to touch. I was squeezing the he'll out of it to try and relieve some pain. It hasn't grown any bigger, but is painful to touch and is along the side of scrotum towards the back. Not sure what it could be but I did recently shave down there. Any info would be great.
