Lump on scrotum (not TESTICLE)

hi i have about 16 hard white or scrotum colour lumps ... its soild i have tryed cutting them open and blood just comes out its like a soild hard ball the variey from small pea to little milcentimeters in size what is this ????????????/

I have this hella small white hard bump on my sh*t. I have noticed lately that my wife has them now too all over her vag. are we screwed? I should probably add I just recently found myself lying naked next to a strange naked man one morning after a night of drinking. how do I tell her I think I banged another dude and gave her an std? is this the right conversation for this question? is there a hallmark card for this? I mean how do you sit down and say "I had an annonomus sexual encounter with a strange naked man and I think I gave us an STD?" sorry??

I had the same thing since the age of 16 and so did a few of my mates, im 19 nad recently foudn another one. its not bad, dont worry about it. you should leave it to see if the problem escalates, if it grows, which it probably will do slightly, then wait until you see a whole appear at teh side, it is then easy to push it out of this whole. however as your balls are a delicate part and no one likes being too firm with them you could just go to the doctor. usually they will dicipate or will grow so that you can push them gradually through an opened pore. sounds abit gruesome but it gets the whole lump out. iv had this a number of times, its just one of those things that happen to a lot of teenagers. If you have more than one or two i would recommend going directly to your doctor before you try anything because it could be a spreadabel infection. docs is always th safest option, but obviously it depends on how easy it is for you to get to your docs etc

looks like this topic might be dead but here is my story, pretty similar to others. I have a couple of lumps as well, got one out last night with a needle, a hard round lump, I think it is blocked sweat glades as my partner has a strange disposition of getting something similar on her face (always has since a kid). The one I have left is a big sucker, not sure how long it has been there, at least 5 years, maybe 10 but it is slowly getting bigger, about half the size of a pea. Does your ball sack have important fluids? I'm worried if I take a pen knife to it I might end up in trouble, just not one for going to the doc's.

Hey guys I've just found A bb size spot/lump on my left higher scrotum. Have no idea what it is. Hurts when I squeeze it but otherwise doesn't really bother me. I'm just worried about it, is it because of sweating?

If there's anyone still active on this thread please chat to me. I'm 21. Had a tiny lump on my scrotum for nearly 2 years. I've had spots come and go over the years. This one started off as a spot AFAIK. But it kept filling after I popped it. The recent months I'm not sure if it's paranoia but I'm starting to feel it grow. It feels tender and sometimes it aches. It's hard to say if it's fluid or a mass of cells. Contemplated the old numb and pop with a pin before. But I can't stand putting anything sharp near it haha. I'm also in my final year of university so if it turns out to be cancer it's gonna finish the whole game up for me. Scared tbh.
