Last night my wife noticed a small lump on my testicle. The thing is that I have been experiencing mild soreness on my testicle for the last couple of days, but I didn’t pay much attention to it, as I have been pretty busy with my work. Now, when she has spotted this lump, the pain came to my mind and for the whole day today, I can’t stop thinking about it. What could this be? Could it be a cancer?

You know what; many doctors and patients would love for the testicle cancer to be painful, bc in that case it would be easier to be found. Yours is surely not cancer, but you could go and have that checked just so that you can sleep peacefully at night. It could be epididymitis or even infection of the scrotal sac.
