Hey guys, im a bit worried about a marble sized lump on my left testicle, at first i thought nothing of it, but now around my testicles hurt, and so does my stomach. i'm not sure whats going on. Im 14 so obviously im a bit confused about everything, but i dont think its normal, and im afraid to go to the docter becuase i'm paranoid i might have testicular cancer, help me?
