I've been sober 14 months besides drinking a few times occasionally, I smoked daily for 4 years and I still have this problem have never went to the doctor and I'm wondering if this is normal or what? I still function but I'm confused it feels like I'm in a constant daze of reality.

hello, i have been smoking weed all day everyday for about 18 years. i am 33 years old now. I own a piercing studio and have 4 kids all 10-13yrs old and have a very stressful and busy life. i noticed my first blurry vision about 2 weeks ago and it has been constant. I feel like the people here that talk about it being phycological and due to stress depression and anxiety, have it right. If someone feels they have cured this and know how they did it, PLEASE share. Thank you all.

If the people never come back to say it got fixed then you can assume it dissapeared, so they don’t stress out anymore and don’t feel the need to read on the internet about it, hope it will help you feel better (I have the same left eye thingy but I m confident it will go away ;) )

I don’t know if anyone already said this but I have blurred vision, see floaters, have more mood swings, etc. and it’s actually because of symptoms of Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder, which is a common disorder among psychotropic drug users and people recovering from previous use. Weed is especially overlooked as a hallucinogenic drug but high THC levels and cannabinoids can actually f**k with the brain pretty hard, so I’d be careful if you want to smoke and have reoccurring Anxiety or mood disorder symptoms because that means your brain is wired differently than the average person lol. Anyways read this, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hallucinogen_persisting_perception_disorder

New studies show the synaptic response from your eye to back of brain is firing slower... they do not know why or if it’s reversible at this point as it has also happened to me from long term smoking for pain. I have studied this pretty extensive as I knew it had already happened to me and I wanted to revers it when I was able to get off. I am 4 days into treatment and I’ll let anyone know who is interested in what I am doing.
