I just want everyone to know that three months ago I found this site, cause i was quitting weed, and now its time for a little give back.

This is how it went for me ...
A little pre info, Ive been smoking for Ten years straight in the last three years i managed to take breaks a month or so every year. Each break the first week was Hell but after that I was fine, actually better than fine I was amazing.

This time quitting was much different

Week1 nothing really bad just honestly I must have has alot of THC stored in my fat cells, and Im 185 1bs 6 feet 10% body fat so I geuss they store in all cells aka brain is fat too....

Week 2 to Week4 Helll broke lose ,,,, I experienced all the nast withdrawal symptons on this site.. expecially anxiety ... if ididnt eat It would be 10x worse..

Week 4 to week 8 Slow improvements

Now im three days away from 3 months and all I can say is I feel damn good look damn good, and am addicted to nothing!!!!

Tips: Eat every three hours, Work out, Meditate

Everyones body is unique just like your genetic code, some might feel more nauseous than others some might feel more depressed than others.. take what you feel and realize its temporary unless you have a prior problem before quitting all these feelings will usually go away...

And for those of you who had panic/anxiety attacks like me all I can say is you empower those thoughts... Yes quitting weed helped exaggerate your paranoia and now your neural pathways are keeping those thinking patterns strong ... you need clean your body give it TIME to heal and than retrain your mind to rethink un anxious thoughts.... I did it and am still doing it just like the gym you need to keep going to keep up the physical conditioning...

Dont let anyone tell you its nonsense ... everyone is different I have one friend who went to the hospital from hallucinating after one toke of a Joint and another friend who smokes ten joints all day 7 days a week 365 days a year and not a hiccup of anxiety PK3(purple kush .. its like crack!)... PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT and thank god for that..

Remeber one thing and this helped me alot , you got yourself into this situation and only you can get yourself out!!!

Anyone who has experienced the marijuana withdrawal symptoms, can you list them please? Starting with the most prominent. I'm dealing with someone who is going through this. Smoked 3-4 times daily, 20 years.
