Hi, I'm a 17 year old lacrosse player, and recently I was hit in the groin about a month ago, on a day I happen to have forgotten my cup. About 3 weeks or so ago, there was this mass that seemed to be growing within the bounds of my scrotum, partially to the right, under my penis and directly next to my right thigh. It went away in about a week. Recently, maybe last week, it came back, but this time it grew larger, and seems to hurt when I stand up and walk, but while I'm sitting/laying down, it doesn't output any pain. It is quite hard, about as hard as my testes, an about 3/4 the size of them. The strangest thing about it is that it doesn't seem to be in the sack, but like connected to it, or in between layers. I don't know. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find an answer. Please help! :(
hey there its impossible to say what you have for sure becaus I can not see or feel what youare describing... it could be a blood clot (hematoma) from getting hit... are your testes ok.... It would be a good idea to get it checked out to be safe... can you ejaculate and urinate of? is there any blood in your semen or urin? thanks
