okay. im like 5'5 i got a pretty normal penis. i got hair on my penis but not under my armpits. my voice is high, and i look like a little kid. my feet are giant too. also i got a tiny mustache not very noticeable.

Erm, you say your 'penis problem' then got on to say its pretty normal. So I'm assuming theres no problem there.
It sounds like your just beginning puberty. Your going in pretty much the same pattern as I did at the moment. Next should be voice breaking, then a growth spurt :-)
