Medium size lump just above left testicle, feels like string

Please guys stop asking what to do. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. There is a high possibility it is nothing but there is always that slight chance. Always get something unusual checked out by a doctor asap, never leave it to chance. Online forums can't help you to figure out what you have. If you leave it, it will just eat away at you which could cause depression.

Hi guys. I have this problem also. After a few days off being depressed I finally got the courage to tell my mother and I went to the doctor. They did an ultra sound on my balls and came to the conclusion that I had varicocele and its nothing to worry about. They told me to take Motrin for the pain and it would fix itself. So no worries guys and take care!!

i also have the same thing i'm 16 worried i have no pain but my left testicle is swollen and has large veins on the back and top it also hangs lower. i'm worried and don't wanna go up to my mom or dad and be like my nut is swollen and then have a doctor touch me i just wanna make sure i'm ok and not going to die.

I'm not sure what I have, it seems like a pimple near the top of my testicles but it also feels like a string or vein connected to the lump, I've read that if you shave above your penis that this kind of thing happens, I just wasn't sure because it seems like it's connected to something. Can I get some help?

I have the same thing, but mine has a constant dull pain to it, iv had it for about a year and a half now. Sometimes the pain gets a little more than dull and i find that if i raise my left leg my hip makes kind of a clicking sound and it goes back to just dull pain. I went and saw a Urologist in NC that felt right on that knot of vains or whatever and i felt like punching him it hurt so much, but he didnt seem concerned.. though it was just a walk in clinic for 85 bucks, which still makes Me concerned because what if something is still wrong with me? Which clearly their is because i feel the pain as i type this. Help

Hello I am 44 I have the same condition. I had an exam of me testicale. There is not a problem. The mane concern the doc had was the liump or knot like part of the testy or not. Also cancer is more likely in younger males in there early 20s and younger. The best thing to do if you are young go to doc and have it checked. They can do a ultrasound of your testicale to see if there is a prob.

i feel the same and its cured by the doc with antibiotic as its infection caused in testicle after the pain reliefied it begun to hang lower than my right one and its toooo loose themy right one y is this caused my doc didnt informe anything about this he jst gave antibiotic didnt even give ultra soundbis this alright and is this common in all men and my age is 15-16 and plz say me y is this caused

i dont think this all that commen. As long as you dont have an actiual lump on one of your testicle there is no real alarm.
Just be vigilant and check your self regulary. Just because one hangs lower than the other nothing to worry about.

I am 13 and I dont rly ever get random ball pains unless im hit in the nust of course but the other day after a shower I noticed that it felt lik the ball wores were swollen or something like that so I just figured it was othing and I noticedit again today and I was like oh sh*t I have to look this up so me being somewhat of in rare cases I may just over react to somethin so I llooked uo testicular cancer early warning signes XD, and that was a stupid mistake of me to do bevause the problem isnt even on the testicle itself, its on the tubes conected to them but then low and behold the first sign on the list was small painless lump and so a chill went down my spine and only at five minutes after that point did I realise that it was above my testicles on the wirr and now il less scared because of that one comment that hat said its fine so I was like yay
