Yeah I have the same thing where there is a ball thing on my left testicle and my left one hangs lower but I see it hasn't hurt many people. Mine is hurting when I touch it and I am 13 and active with a lot of stuff. Please answer me with the answer plz!!!!!!

Hey guys, I really hope I can help anyone who is looking at this in the future. I'm 15 years old, and feel like what is a squishy mass of veins or small tubes extending from the top of my left testicle into my body. THIS IS NORMAL. Sometimes it can hurt, but you truly need to decide it that is the part of your body that is really hurting. If you feel carefully in that mass, you will likely find a firmer, thicker tube in the same area. That is normal. These masses and tubes, as long as they are squishy, are simply your vas deferens and epididymis. What you really should be worried about are hard, small, circular lumps on the actual testicle. Go to the doctor as soon as possible if you notice any rapid changes in weight, size, swelling, consistency, feeling, or pain. Anyone hesitant to go to the doctor, don't worry. Your doctor went to school for this stuff, they are prepared and know what you're doing. As for your parents, they want you to be healthy just as much as you want yourself to be healthy. Please respond if anyone actually goes to the doctor and gets a complete check out, as of course I'm only 15, but quite knowledgable and experienced. Thank you, have a great day.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with your testis being connected to your body, so as long as the tubes are squishy and moveable, you will likely be fine. Please go to a doctor however for professional advice and verdict.

I'm 37 getting married in a few months never really been worried about this as did not want to have children. But at the age of 14 as pubity happened by tessticles dropped but the strings was too long causing them to swing round blocking off the circulation to the left on making it grow to the size of a snooker ball the hospital had to cut my sack and remove the dead testical and tie the remaining bits up so they would not swing round and do the same again. Then after the operation I had to wear a padded wide front type of shorts to hold them but the sack was leaking a type of spaghetti and it was reseald with a splint with a green tip looking like a large match, my mother wanted a fertility test done then but at 14 I did care and as I hit adult hood with young girls I was not bothered as it ment I could have fun without children now at 37 and getting married I'm thinking is it possible? Do I work? What happened?

The odds of you having testicle cancer at your age are very slim. If the bulge you are feeling is above your testicle it is most likely the spermatic cord you are feeling. Your probably growing and developing and that could be putting a little extra stress on the cords causing a slight bulge. It would be a good idea to talk to your parents and they can make an appointment to see your doctor just to make sure everything is ok and that will help put your mind at ease. Cancer tends to be an issue later in life so don't worry about it being that but getting it checked out by your doctor is still worth doing.

I am 16 years old and had the same problem I took a needle and punctured it and it let a lot of blood out but felt better after wards i don't know what it was but I hope this helped you.

Hey guys, I have the same issue as most of you, dull pain on and off in the left testicle, "stringy feeling" and a small (little smaller than a pea) sized lump. I haven't gone to a doctor, but from what I've been able to find, it could be varicocele. It is pretty harmless, but can cause one testicle to grow slower, infertility issues, and some pain. Apparently 10-15% of males have this issue, so lets not all throw around the C word. I'm not a fan of doctors and probably wont go to confirm it, especially because its a urologist, but if you are overly worried that it could be cancer, go see a doctor :)
