Hi!

I have irregular periods.Sometimes it was regular.since last 3 months it was irregular.when having periods ,its paining and blood clot are coming.i have a dark blood clot during my periods and this very much.did masterbation stop periods.i am not a regular masterbat.but one time in a month or may be after40 days.
but anyway plz solve that is this wrong cloting periods and irregular periods .so ,suggest me what am i doing?
