I just could not live with the stress anymore so I have decided to take the matter to my own hands and managed to reorganize my life a bit and now the things are better. I admit that I asked everyone for the advice and that's how I learned about mindfulness meditation that really helped me a lot, so I suggest it to all who needs to deal with stress.

I did not use that technique although I have heard that it is really effective. When I had problems with stress I decided to start with exercising so I began with yoga and ended up eventually on martial arts. And today I cannot imagine my life without training at least 4 times a week! And the stress is long gone too.
