does any one else know different names for MSG asides from Glutamate and Glutamic Acid ?

MSG stands for monosodium glutamate and that's it. It is used as a flavor enhancer and often used in oriental foods. It has been approved by the FDA and generally it is safe to eat. Excessive amounts in some individuals have been know to case a heart attack. I believe most of the individuals were extremely over weight and were binge eating. Glutamic acid is another way of chemically saying glutamate. Hope that was helpful.
